A casino party is for your customers to enjoy a night full of Vegas energy. We are there to entertain all of your guests through our gaming tables. At the beginning of the function you will be provided with thousand dollar bills you can give to all your guests. Your guests then can turn those into play chips at any table they wish to play at. If some of your guests are gambling novices, our friendly staff is there to teach them the games and make sure they have fun! We never make your guests feel intimated.

At the end of the night, there are two ways to determine how you would like to do your prizes. The most commonly used method involves double-sided raffle tickets, where each ticket is worth $1,000.00 and at the end of the night you turn your chips in for raffle tickets.. Once they have their tickets in hand they look at all the prizes and determine where they want to place their tickets. By using the double sided ticket method you encompass all your guests no matter if they have $1000.00 OR $20,000.00. The other method is by using Aces Wild Casino voucher pads. For example if you have three prizes we will write the amount of money on a voucher pad with the guests name and the top three money winners then receive a prize. We realize the most important part of the night is to have a good time and to provide lasting memories you and your guests will never forget.

We have great experience in dealing with this matter. We normally suggest 60% to 75% of the expected number of guests you expect to be there. We have different packages we put together for each individual basis.

We are very easy to work with on set up times. We make sure that your event is set up well before any of your guests arrive and we will never disturb your party when it is time to breakdown the equipment. Remember Aces Wild Casino is built on excellence and we provide top quality service.

We mainly service clients in the DFW area, but will travel to any State touching the border of Texas.

Yes all casino parties we do are legal. You may not gamble with real money in Texas, therefore all of our parties are for fake money only.

Prizes are a great addition to the party. When clients walk into the event they want to know what they can win. You can have any number of prizes ranging from gift cards to the newest electronic gadget.

Our typical party is for three hours and that is what all of our prices are based on. You may continue your party as long as you would like but there will be additional charges proportionate to your original costs. We will suggest to you the best way to allocate your time where you can take advantage of the full three hours.

Tips are well appreciated by all the dealers, but are not mandatory. All of the dealers know to provide excellence service whether they are tipped or not.
